DIY American Girl Doll Cat Ears Headband and Costume
We had time for one more DIY doll costume and my sister gave me a great idea. She posted a picture of her dressed up for a Halloween party and she was dressed like a….copy cat! Just a little twist on the generic black cat. I thought it was such a cute idea and I just had to COPY it! I think I’m also doing this costume this year for me since it’s quick and easy.
Materials Needed:
- Stir Sticks or Skinny Craft Sticks
- Water
- Craft Paint
- Craft Foam Sheets
- Glitter *optional
- Doll Leotard *you can make one using the sock method
- Tulle cut into 10-12″ strips *we used glitter tulle
- Pipe Cleaner for Tail

hi how do you make the leotard using the sock method? i watched the video but i did’t like how it fits behind the armpit. is there another way for me to make that without that happening
