How to make BB-8
It’s May 4th, which is National Star Wars Day and we are celebrating by showing you how to make BB-8! Crazy enough, a BB-8 has been requested quite a few times! It’s a perfect craft to make for your American Girl Dolls so they can celebrate Star Wars with you! And doesn’t Grace look cute as Rey? Be sure to check out our other Star Wars crafts too!
- 1- 3 1/4″ Smooth Styrofoam Half Ball
- 2- 4 1/2″ Smooth Styrofoam Half Ball or 1 Ball
- Marbles or Beads
- BB-8 Printables
- Print the printables on sticker paper if possible. If you don’t have sticker paper you will just have to glue them on the styrofoam balls. They will look the same it will just a little bit longer for them to dry into place.
- You do not have to glue BB-8’s head on. We didn’t because we like it to move around. But, if you want it to stay in place just add a little hot glue to the toothpick on both sides.
