DIY American Girl New Years Eve Party

Can you believe that 2015 is almost over!?  I can’t.  It feels like just yesterday we were welcoming Grace Thomas into our home.  We did so many fun crafts for her this year and we will continue to craft for her, but we are really excited for what 2016 has to bring! Lea Clark will be joining us soon, so be on the look out for new fun crafts.  She has some awesome pieces in her collection and we are excited to review them and replicate them!  We have some surprises of our own too, so stay tuned….

Materials Needed:

Ball Drop:

  1. Round SMOOTH Styrofoam Ball *I got mine from Michaels
  2. Long Wooden Dowel *I got mine from Michaels
  3. Wooden Plaque or Scrap Wood  *Michaels again
  4. Glitter, Rhinestones, Candles or other “BLING”

Poppers:

  1. Jumbo Straw
  2. Confetti *Optional
  3. Tissue Paper

Party Hats:

  1. American Girl New Years Eve Hats
  2. Pipe Cleaners
  3. Tape

Blowers:

  1. Birthday Party Blowers

    Do you have any idea of what Leas big item is? I would love to get I hope it only like $300 though thank for everything you do your amazing! I would love to win Lea she is so beautiful! I love your blog! I’m very sad to see Grace go she is amazing I love her bakery so much but the lowest price I can find it is $3000 could your please help?

    Ooh now I’m wondering what your surprises are! I’m excited for Lea too! But, since there are so many Grac sets that I love and didn’t have a chance to get, I wish all of the GOTYs could be like how they are now, but they just keep selling them!
