DIY American Girl Cricut Machine
I am so excited to attend the Cricut Make-a-thon event this week! I’ll be learning a lot of new tricks to show you and implement in our upcoming doll crafts! Since a few dolls are joining me on the trip I thought it would be perfect to craft them their very own Cricut. This is great to stick in your doll’s craft room. Let me warn you, the PVC foam board is so cool, but it does take time to shape. Trust me though, it’s worth it!
Also, stay tuned on our YouTube channel, Instagram and Facebook for live video coverage of the event! There are a few surprises that I can’t wait to show you!
- 1/2″ PVC Foam board *I ordered from Amazon
- Sanding Blocks or Nail File
- Buttons or Beads
- Craft Paint
- Cricut Mats
- Prepare to spend some time shaving down the pvc foam board. It takes patience, but the end result is so worth it! It took me about 30 minutes to shape the Cricut and then another 45 minutes just digging out the holder.
Watch and tell us what you’ve made with a Cricut!
