I was at Target yesterday and as usual I was skimming the clearance deals.  I found a lot of really great deals, but this one was by far my favorite.  It is a paper clip holder that looks like a sink.  As you can see, it’s the perfect size for your doll!  I was brainstorming on how I will use it.  It is still a little too small for a kitchen sink, but I think it’s great for a vanity.  So stay tuned, a tutorial on an American Girl vanity sink will be coming shortly.  If you want to make the project, be sure to go grab the sink now!

*On a side note, I wanted to apologize for being absent lately.  We had a big move.  With three kids (and 7 dolls ? ) that’s a lot of work!  Don’t worry, you have not seen the last post.  I am almost completely settled in and I can’t wait to get back to the projects!  I was in the middle of a big one right before the move and it’s almost done.  It’s worth the wait though because it’s going to end up being a GIVEAWAY!

Do you have a different idea for this American Girl Sink and what it could be used for?  Leave a comment and share your ideas!

We made a sink out of the AG pet bath box, put white paper over, cut a hole in the box where a small glass bowl, drew a paper drain and put a red and blue bead on eather side. The sink turns on by pushing the beads. The newest technology!

I saw this and loved it, too! But I think it must have sold out before it ever went on sale here. :/

I saw a craft on another site where it was added to a jewelry box and painted. It was sooo cute. Going to make a tub, sink and toilet for my daughter’s doll as a birthday gift. I just found your site by the way. Very excited to look around!
